"0 stars if i could. I had a very frustrating experience with this agent. I requested to have my policy canceled multiple times, clearly & directly, it was repeatedly ignored or delayed with excuses and runaround. Despite my follow ups, the policy was never canceled as requested…It got to the point where I had no choice but to file a formal complaint with StateFarm directly just to get the issue addressed. No customer should have to escalate to corporate simply to have a basic request handled. This experience felt unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful, and it seriously damaged my trust. I would not recommend this agent if you expect timely communication or straightforward service. Not to mention they are more expensive than others in the area. Stay clear and shop around!"
